This Services Overview (“Services”) describes the nature, scope, and availability of services provided through the MYBUS platform, a registered Partnership Firm under the laws of India, having its principal office at D-29, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh – 226010(“MYBUS”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
MYBUS operates a technology-enabled platform accessible via www.mybus.com, mobile website, and mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) that facilitates online bus ticket booking and related travel services offered by independent third-party bus operators.
This Services Overview is intended to provide transparency regarding the functionality, limitations, and responsibilities associated with the use of the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, users acknowledge that MYBUS acts solely as anintermediary service provider and does not own, operate, or control any transportation services.
1. TICKET BOOKING SERVICES
1.1 MYBUS provides an online platform that allows users to search and book bus tickets across multiple routes and operators.
1.2 Users can select journeys based on source, destination, travel date, and seat availability.
1.3 Seat selection, where available, is interactive and user-controlled.
1.4 A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment completion.
